Orthopaedic Appeals Audio Discussion
Appeal Solutions is developing an
Orthopaedic-specific collection of medical appeal letters. To gather
information about what claims are most frequently denied and effective
orthopaedic appeal techniques, we are hosting an "Orthopaedic Appeals Audioconference Discussion, regarding
reimbursement issues related to orthopaedic denials. The 60-minute
audioconference discussion will be Wednesday, April 25, at 11 p.m. CST (12 p.m.
EST, 10 MST, 9 PST). Participation is free for registered members of
AppealLettersOnline.com. We will provide 10 sample orthopaedic
appeal letters prior to the presentation. Participants will have the
opportunity to discuss their most frequently denied claims and exchange
information on orthopaedic coding, documentation and appeals. Comments
will also be solicited on the sample appeal letters provided and what
changes might make them more effective. The discussion is limited to 10
participants to allow each participant sufficient discussion time. To sign up
